Investor Onboarding Guide

Trading via Vantage Global - Pelican (London & Eastern LLP) Process

Going forward, all onboarding will happen through a secure, direct relationship with Pelican. Clients initiate onboarding by emailing myaccount@pelican.am, confirming they are proceeding on a self-directed basis, and listing their referring partner and chosen strategy. From there, Pelican’s compliance team will guide them through account setup, including KYC, AML, risk profiling, and LPOA execution. The provider remains available to support partners and investors operationally throughout the process.

Process Overview

• Step 1 - Investor emails Pelican to initiate onboarding (template included).

• Step 2 - Pelican responds with compliance steps and required documents, plus the Vantage referral link.

• Step 3 - Investor independently completes Vantage Global broker onboarding (account type requirements included).

• Step 4 - Investor sends trading account details to Pelican for verification and connection.

• Step 5 - Pelican verifies and connects the chosen strategy.
