Trading via Blackwell Global - Pelican (Mauritius) Process
This guide explains the steps required to open a trading account with Blackwell Global and complete onboarding with Pelican. All investors proceed on a self-directed, execution-only basis. Pelican will connect your trading account to the selected strategy once the required information and documentation have been received and verified.
Overview of the Process
• Step 1 - Complete and submit the Pelican onboarding form.
• Step 2 - Complete the Suitability Questionnaire and Risk Mandate.
• Step 3 - Open and fund a Blackwell Global trading account.
• Step 4 - Send your trading account details to Pelican.
• Step 5 - Pelican verifies your details and connects the strategy.
Step 1 - Complete the Pelican Onboarding Form
After opening and funding your Blackwell account, please complete the Pelican onboarding form using the link below:

By completing this form, you confirm that you are acting on a self-directed basis and authorise Pelican to proceed with compliance checks.
Step 2 - Suitability Questionnaire and Risk Mandate
After submitting the onboarding form, Pelican will provide you with the required compliance documents, including the Suitability Questionnaire and Risk Mandate. These documents must be completed and returned to Pelican as instructed.
Pelican will review the completed documents as part of its regulatory and compliance process before any strategy connection occurs.
Step 3 - Open a Blackwell Global Trading Account
Please open a trading account with Blackwell Global using the referral link provided to you. You will be asked to complete the standard broker application, including identity verification and account approval.

Once your account is approved, you may deposit funds into your Blackwell trading account. Please ensure that the minimum funding requirements for your chosen base currency are met.
Step 4 - Send Your Trading Account Details
Once the onboarding form and compliance documents have been completed, please email the following details to myaccount@pelican.am:
• Your Blackwell trading account number
• Your broker account approval or confirmation
Step 5 - Strategy Connection
After your details and documents have been verified, Pelican will connect your trading account to the selected strategy and confirm when the connection is live.
